Ip Camera Viewer Pro #29

Hey, sorry I know this isn't the right place, but I can't seem to find where to put issues for ip camera viewer pro...

So, I have an rlc-811a camera that I cannot get connected. It supports jpg, mpeg, rstp, h264, h265, onvif, everything. I got it working with normal onvif scan on another app on my fire stick, but the scan does not come back with the rstp url on Roku, just the http/snapshot which doesn't work. Is there any help? Do I need this external set up to make it work?

The application supports mjpeg or jpeg encoded rtsp stream. To get the mjpeg stream address for your camera, please contact the manufacturer. If you have the mjpeg stream address, the application should work fine. If the application has only h264 stream, you need extra hardware, see the application help for details.
