How much of a camera delay is normal?

First, thank you so much for making this and allowing my H.264 cameras to display on Roku.

I am using Ubiquiti G4 Pro cameras.

There is a 11 second delay (on average, 15 max) on the Roku feed vs the Ubiquiti UNVR Protect app feed.

Is anyone else experiencing a delay? I could live with 1-2 seconds but 11 seconds is way too high.
