7z not usable format #2

Is it possible to get Win-RTSP-Player in a standard .zip format? .7z requires PepperZip, which seems to have been removed from all distribution sites available to me. The web is full of advice on how to uninstall PepperZip, but nothing on how to install it. Apparently it's been declared a menace by somebody. Any advice? Thanks!

While I agree that it would be more beneficial for the zip format to be used instead, there isn't a reason to use something such as PepperZip. The 7z format can be opened by many other pieces of software, including 7zip itself: https://www.7-zip.org/ I would use that instead
