Added a model picker to the web app with ability to configure custom parameters - currently only models with tool calling are supported.

Need your feedback on design direction I'm sharing feedback only for the toolbar at the top and leave other design feedback for other thread.

Let's add logos on the left to model names, it will make everything more lively
I wasn't completely sure what this would open. Do we have any ideas on less general icon?
Any idea for better word that's less general?
