No Code Streaming for Claude 3.5 Sonnet, only gpt4o #62

there is no code streaming for Claude 3.5 Sonnet, but gpt4o code streaming works, also preview is quicker with gpt4o compared to Claude 3.5 Sonnet

not an issue with the artifacts app per se., it's just streaming works different for Anthropic models
