Adding intro pages #4

Added the introductory pages with their designs, and fixed the flow accordingly.

Some tests are failing - https://travis-ci.org/e2email-org/e2email/builds/144157347.

There are linter errors (some style in files needs to be fixed - you can use fixjsstlyle for that) and some test expectations are failing, suggesting the tests have not been adjusted for the new code.
