There should be an import page that allows a user to upload a csv file.

Acceptance criteria:

Create an import page - Add a link to the nav bar. ✓
The import page should be nice looking and contain a button that indicates it is an upload button.

Added page and updated headers so they are no longer hard coded to show the contacts header

Added button (currently without functionality) to the page. Currently working on the csv parser.
