Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run on directory with more than 12gb in size
2. Run on big DB
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Result of findings

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.3

Please provide any additional information below.
I have started scan on some of my windows share (agentless) as well as scanning
DB (agentless) and the scan seem to be running for last 2 days with the same
status. I guess they are hung as there is no update. This is happening for the
3rd time. I am no expert in linux hence cannot provide more information. Let me
know if you need any more information.

Can you send each scan's logs to me? You can retrieve the logs inside the
OpenDLP web interface. Just save the HTML and attach it here, thanks.

Can you run this scan again with a policy with higher log verbosity?

My guess is that these tables are really large. How many rows are in the next
table after "ETL_TASK_STATUS"? You may want to change your policy to limit the
number of rows that are tested (perhaps the first 10,000 or so).
