Render process form as a clean web form

Show designed forms in a cleaner interface that will be seen by a user. The interface should remove the clutter found in Admin interface.

• Forms will be designed from the backend and stored as JSON files. The frontend will consume these JSON forms and render the form components appropriately.
• Auto-validations will be done depending on the form definition
• Each form should support three different views:

1. Form view
2. List view
3. Calendar view for forms with dates
4. Gantt view for forms with dates

• A form will be responsible for ORM operations independently. This means that a form should be able to read/update/delete/create data on its own as a single unit
• Depending on the form design, some forms will be rendered as wizards (a combination of multiple forms whose data is captured sequentially)
• Some forms will have specialized views to handle unique cases. For example, a form should be able to support multiple choice questions, quick polls etc
