Define participatory process

• Define the actual participatory process for which you are designing the instrument for
• Users will be capturing data against a participatory process doctype
• Capture the following;

1. Introduction section with a brief on what the process is and other relevant stuff e.g how to capture data or moderate a participatory session
2. Process type
3. Date of data capture
4. Geo-data. Specify the admin level for which you are collecting the data
5. Person collecting the data
6. Record list of participants
7. Different sections forming the process. For each section, the type of the tool shall be specified, e.g a ranking tool, a venn diagram etc. These tools will be defined separately and consumed by the process as a child table. See #6

This feature is deprecated as the framework used allows users to define a process step independently on their own. A process will contain a series of forms whose data must be captured in accordance with the defined steps.
