led support #22

Does the PCB support adding leds?

JellyTitan commented 1 year ago

It does not. The individual pcbs have traces for rows and columns only.

The MxLEDBitPCB, however, is similar to the su120, and does support the delightful SK-6812 MINI-E. (The mini-e is way easier to solder than the standard sk6812).

The MxLEDBitPCB does not have biscuits or a sweet microprocessor socket like the su120 does, so the wiring will be a bit more complicated - you'll have to run wires from rows and columns to the microprocessor yourself.
