Execution failure error after 'python' output #3

I've tried adding a pass as an system's environment variable, but that hasn't fixed it either. Is there a fix? image

Hi, can you please send me the time when you're having the problem, whether it's when you insert the link to the post or something else, I've tested it here and it doesn't seem to be an error

The location where I ran the code is my laptop, and the time I did it is 2 p.m. that day.

Additionally, when I chose 1 on the main screen, that screen was output even if I didn't do anything.

I'm sorry if it's a problem only for me.
