Write function to store event into new gst file #133

This will help us to add additional information after processing radiation correction I also need to add the option to add the corrected probe in

The new app is available. Testing:

  1. Compare event record before and after - Stored correctly
  2. Compare with Adi's implementation
  3. Recreate H plot at 4.32 GeV (and build instructions for it)
