The correct character width for titles, subtitles and footnotes is now hard to determine due to the fixed width/aspect ratio of graphical outputs #25

The fixed aspect ratio of plots, combined with the fixed height/width of outputs produced by save_e61() means that when a long footnote is included in a graph, the plot area shrinks, making the default title/subtitle/footnote character-based widths too large.

This is a trade-off between maintaining the figure's dimensions, the plot's dimensions, and the positioning of the text elements around the plot, because it is likely impossible to have all three. Are we happy with the current trade-off where the user is more likely to have to make use of the manual character width adjustments?

@elyse-22 Bugging you with this since you wanted to aspect ratio fix.
