Reogranize extraction code (and assets) into extraction folder. #92

We have planned to use this repository to host all opened functionalities, specifically:

  1. Extraction
  2. Transformation
  3. Split
  4. Merge Hence, we need to move extraction tool code and assets to its separate folder.
