moving skin to a peerDependency #49

With skin defined as a dependency, applications are bringing in multiple versions of skin. As a peer dependency we will only bring in one consistent version.

Technically this is a breaking change since I moved the skin dependency to a peer. But it's probably safe to do as a minor version bump, since I expect most apps using this will also have skin installed.
