Bug Report

Steps to reproduce
- Open menu with keyboard
- Navigate to any item that isn't first with arrow keys
- Shift+tab to move focus back to the button
- Press spacebar twice to close and reopen the menu
- Focus will be on first item instead of tabindex, even though arrow keys move from the tabindex
