Icon: ds4 overflow icon doesn't exist #904

eBayUI Version: 4.3.0-0

Description

overflow and overflow-small SVGs are not included in ebay-icon for DS4, but should be. They exist in skin, but not ebayui-core.

Closing since this is a duplicate of Icon: overflow icon not present in ds4 #912, which has been resolved.
