Description

Additional changes for the completion of #7.

Context

Minor bug fixes. Adds test coverage for the Stepper component. Adds storybook cases for visual confirmation of changes and functionality. Updates usage documentation of Stepper component and StepperItem component. Verifies functionality sought in Ref PR below.
