Website: Integrate MakeupJS #36

We now have non-jQuery versions of the makeup accessibility plugins. Let's integrate them into the DS6 site.

Closing this as MakeupJS has been integrated in the DS6 site:

It's a bit rudimentary, we could maybe benefit from splitting main.js into modules, but it satisfies closing the issue for now.
