Manufacturer not support #6

hi, EU new GPSR does not support Item.Regulator.Manufacturer in the current SDK version. After updating WebService.cs to the latest, all apicall using Manufacturer objects will have errors. Please update current SDKs to make them supported, thank you very much!

Agree on this. Is there any plan in updating this SDK?

I created a PR #8 after I updated the library to v1379 of the API. The source branch is this https://github.com/marconline/trading-api-dotnet-sdk/tree/v4.7.2
