CI Pipeline changes. #344

Several changes to the CI pipeline:

Workflow file name change (may fix badge issue).
Add a weekly cron build
Reduce and parallelize MacOS builds

On the last item - MacOS+LDC builds are really slow. Try to limit the MacOS builds to essentials. Rely more broadly on Linux, and Linux+DMD in some cases. This setup looks much more effective.
