What is the format of the deliverable chapter? Will the publisher accept latex file as the final deliverable.

Update - this is an open question to the editors now - awaiting reply on this and on the approach to footnotes.

Editors indicated final draft can be in MS Word format. Camera ready not necessary. Looks like there are many options for this (eg: http://mactex-wiki.tug.org/wiki/index.php?title=Converters)
