Discussions on data ownership #25

If it were possible to add brief discussions on data ownership, bias and selection issues, and how to provide access, that would be terrific.

I don't think it fits very well with the rest, suggest to quietly ignore this one.

My first observation is that there are three different things in this suggestion and only one is a good fit, another is a "maybe, if there is time to add something new enough to pass the quality muster and the third is not relevant to our content:

  1. data ownership [good fit - i will add how bundles of rights define complex modern concepts of "ownership"]
  2. bias and selection issues [not especially relevant]
  3. how to provide access [only if time permits - ClearButton approach would be a good future-looking approach]

Added language to scenarios section describing situations and context when the bundle of rights and obligations that constitute ownership vary.
