“A rambling section. More specifics would be helpful.

The ultimate goal is to provide the society tools to analyze and understand what needs to be done, and to reach the consensus on how to do it.” This is the overarching qt of all time. A bit too grand to think that big data will answer it? What needs to be done and how to reach consensus on how to do it? That's the basic question of how a society should be governed or govern itself.

Changed the wording in a paragraph about governance from 'we have the solution' to 'let's find a solution'. Otherwise, I think the section reads well and has sufficient citations. I'm actually very happy with it, it's accessible and powerful.
