Is Readme or Documentation up to date? #66

I found that API provided through browsing the code is not similar with the explanation on the readme. It seems readme file or the documentation is lacking of some information. For example events revealed in swipeList component. it is not mentioned in the readme.

I think the documentation need to be updated
