It appears that when the Janitor kills people, sometimes the body disappears on other people's screens. It's still reportable by them, but it can't be seen, as though cleaned.
Repro steps:
Get Janitor role.
Kill a crewmate.
Don't hide the body.
Wait for a crewmate to wander by.
They might not be able to see the body, but the report button still appears on their screen and the person still shows up as dead. I think this has only happened to us on Janitor, so it may have something to do with the cleaning mechanics deleting the graphic inappropriately. The Janitor can still see the body. Properly cleaned bodies still can't be reported and don't appear as dead.
