This seems to be working fine, so here's the PR. Closes #217 by allowing all killers to use their kill buttons on people in vents, as well as Glitch hack, which now ejects the venting player from the vent as well. I added a keyword argument to the targeting utility function so that you can selectively enable this functionality for whichever roles/abilities should have it.
I personally think this is necessary for game balance, since Jester venting becomes very powerful without it, and after all, you can target invisible Swoopers, so why wouldn't you be able to kill people in vents?
