Medium role added. (It works differently from other implementations you may have seen)

• When a meeting starts a message is posted in the chat that only the medium can see per each dead player.
• It is anonymous which player each message relates to.
• The message gives one random fact about how they died:
  • How many seconds ago
  • Killed by a lighter/darker colour
  • What role they were
  • What role they were killed by
  • If they murdered themselves (e.g. Sheriff misfire/Lover killed)
• Only one fact per dead player per meeting. So if multiple players are dead, it'll take some sleuthing to figure out.
• Both the medium and the Medic (If body reports are switched on) are given Lighter/Dark indicators for each player in meetings.
