(via marciesdr) story update: not date and wordcount update #2

Can post stories fine but no updates show not sure why maybe cause i just imported it but word count works then it just lists 1.

Just noticed, a new story will list as 01.01.1970 (day 1 on unix systems), and it will not register updates.

New story via adminCP will now get a date, other issues remain. Story creation and editing is currently undergoing full rework due to being ... in need of said rework.

Small error not sure where it is but layout is misaligned pushes right side bar to the bottom of the page. But only on the main page not the other pages.

The error is in template/frontend/default/main/welcome.html:

Un-comment or delete line #8 with the recommend block.

Should all be fixed now, regarding the original issue
