Manufacturer Adverse Events

As a researcher interested in drug effects, I would like the ability to explore trends and clustering of data on adverse events for a particular manufacturer, so that I can identify unusual spikes or drops in the data.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Ability to view an graphical trend line of count of adverse events by month
• Ability to view a count for each month on the trend line upon hover over
• Ability to view of the top 10 adverse events in a table form with clickable magnifying glass to learn more about the event
• Ability to navigate to this page from the drug detail page upon clicking on a manufacturer
