Demographic info on adverse events #51

As a user I would like the ability to view adverse events by demogrpahic category to visualize specific trends:

Addressed in 58ccbe8

Included charts for gender, age, weight, and the outcome of the adverse effect.

This works for both the substanc and symptom screen.
