Does not let me convert some WAVs to BNS #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Getting WAV File
2.Converting

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect no errors and the Convert button enabled, but all stats give errors 
and Convert button is disabled.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.11 on Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
Also, the sound will never loop, no matter WHAT I do.
And there is a bug that when playing a looped file in convert, the CustomizeMii 
app breaks and freezes. Even if I re-download the app breaks. can you fix this?
