More UX/UI Friendly Item/Session creation when blank #11

When creating a new agenda there isn't anything there. There should be some UI button or something that gives a hint to the user what to do next.

After creating a new Agenda, what would the typical next step be? New Session? We could have a modal confirming the new Agenda, saying something along the lines of (the bad example being...) "Congratulations, you've created a new Agenda. Select an item to continue: Add new Session, Add New Item"?
