Warning you if you are going to leave a page with unsaved changes #23

Like in Gmail and other apps. If you modify the form and you close the window or modal without saving it should make sure you want to do this. Native apps do the same behavior.

Good idea. Perhaps it can use the same language from the delete confirmation box, ie:

TIMES CERTAIN item "Amend ordinance to change effective date..." has unsaved changes. Are you sure you want to leave this page?

Added. For now I just have it set whenever a modal is open with the same default message. I want to add (and will add a ticket) for an internal API method for the modal for turning it on/off AND/OR setting a custom message.
