Title Font on Modals in IE8 looks chunky

Not sure what the issue is but the white title text on modals looks super chunky and bad. Maybe from fading it in?

Fading of text automatically turns off ClearType in IE8, so the text will be aliased, and chunk-tastic. The fix here should work:
