Inline 'Delete' Icons in Agenda List #38

Would be nice to have an inline 'delete' button to the right of Agendas under Drafts for quicker deleting. Not sure if it should be available for Published items... it's probably better to make those harder to delete?

I think it'd be fine as long as we still have that warning screen and when we put the key shortcuts in, NOT to allow pressing enter to actually delete. That way you'd have to click the delete icon, wait for the modal, then click yes.
