When scrolling the Agenda no. and agenda date overlap the menu bar

Actually, it appears the entire header does. So the "PORTLAND CITY COUNCIL AGENDA" also overlaps

Fixed in the last commit, but I haven't pulled it down onto the server yet in case you were working on bigger items!
