Marking Bloodied should tick all Shock #35

Ticking the bloodied condition should also tick every shock on the character sheet.

Thanks for the feedback. I was thinking about doing it this way but IIRC I wanted to keep such changes manual back then, similar to the paper sheets. There are good reasons for potentially going either way. I will keep this open in case more people want to weigh in on this subject.
