Add several roll buttons to various sheets

• GM Sheet: Blowback, Calamity, Discovery, Engagement, Fortune, and Pathing rolls at the bottom of the sheet.
  • All default to 2 dice, except Pathing is 1.
• Adventurer Party Sheet: Blue shield icon to roll Defensive Move, next to the Moves checkboxes.
• Dungeon Sheet: Button to left of Tier for fortune roll.
• Minion Sheet: Starting Location Roll underneath actions.
• Faction Sheet: Tier label is now a fortune roll button.
• Wicked One Sheet: All in the downtime tab:
  • Loot Roll button to the right of "Downtime Actions"
  • Replaced with Slumber Roll for Goldmongers
  • Dungeon duties get a button to the right of Tier, makes appropriate roll for Creature, Lock, Trap, and Trick.

I believe this covers all of the common/important rolls in the game.
