updates for v12 #42

Necessary edits to make the Wicked Ones system work in v12 of Foundry for Issue #41

Thanks for updating the system files. I did merge some older pull requests into the project and put your changes into the development branch. I also decided to add some v11 changes and up the minimum required Foundry version to v11. Going to do some more checks and look at how the packs have changed and if they need work for this release.

I will close this request at a later point since I am working from the dev branch until I feel things are ready. If you have any other changes planned or further contribution in the next couple of days use that branch as your basis. If you want to contact me you can do so via the updated Discord name. Thanks for your help keeping the system up to date on FVTT.
