Remove duplicate lines in CN translation. Probably caused by https://github.com/eI1on/pz-building-menu/pull/14, where an early pull request was accepted and patch was merged in the local repository but didn't reflect immediately on Github, and later a force push came along and got merged again.
Update CN/CH translation for altered BuildingMenuRecipes_deltaUses options.
Fix some trailing semicolon typos in KO translation by replacing them with commas. The file encoding remains intact.
