Is it possible to create msg91 integration as well? #10

Moodle has gained significant traction in India. Twilio is way too expensive. MSG91 is a good platform to send OTP here. Can you also include the integration of msg91 with your plugin? I want to integrate OTP-based login with my Moodle-based LMS and I couldn't find anything tangible yet.
