In course table, an invisible course should be greyed out (class="usersuspended"?).

Mass enrol requires partial rewrite of script logic and is not planned for the moment. If this functionality is needed, consider using https://github.com/moodle-an-hochschulen/moodle-local_bulkenrol or similar tools.
