areca raid cli support #1

hwraid does not currently have a package for Areca's CLI utility.

The cli is available here: http://www.areca.com.tw/support/s_linux/linux.htm

I'll have a hack at it in a day or 2.

I may be able to work on soon or later but I miss the hardware (and time)...
