eMBRHub / eMBRLitMine

Literature mining tool that can help associate chemical compounds with microorganism that could be involved in their remediation. Will use statistics(counts) of documents in which the co-occurence exists in a cohort of relevant documents.

eMBRLitMine: Literature mining for bioremediation

Welcome to the eMBR literature mining tool.
This tool will improve identification of bacterial species that could be used for bioremediation of specified contaminants.
It is based on co-occurrence of contaminant and bacterial species in published literature*, resulting in a network of bacteria species found to be associated with a chosen contaminant.

Please select your contaminant of interest:

*NOTE: This current pilot version of eMBRLitMine is based on a reference dataset containing 350,000 PubMed(c) articles.
