Proposal: New buttons addition to admin page #12

New buttons to be implemented:

  1. Start voting (Proposal: pop-up window - ented the date and venue, this will be displayed at the "insert your nickname" screen)
  2. Stop voting (Proposal: The voting has ended/"Thank you for your participation and see you at the show!" screen or sth like that)
  3. "Splash" screen button (Proposal: "There is no voting in progress at the moment. Please do come back another time! Looking forward to seeing you at the show!" screen).

Maybe it's just a load of nonsense...but still :D
