Update to Python 3.x - xrange to range #1

Hello, this is an error when I used TimeSync. I have downloaded demo .tif and .geojson from GEE, but when I input command 'python tsl_gee_stack_unpacker.py E:\TimeSync\project\prep E:\TimeSync\project\images timesync_legacy_demo' in Anaconda Prompt, the error occur. Thanks for bringing the issue to our attention. As you may have figured out xrange is not available for Python 3.x - this code was developed using Python 2.x and has not been updated. range should be used. We will work to fix this soon.
