"Error: must have >1 column" #6

Hello, I can't complete the first (generic) filtration step from MS-DIAL output because I continue to receive the following Warning: Error in Hmisc::rcorr: must have >1 column [No stack trace available]

I ensured that groups were appropriately assigned during MS-DIAL analysis and that the alignment export reflects this. I've also tried different file formats for the MS-DIAL output as input for MS-CleanR.

Thanks for your help!

Dear Kpruss, I never encountered this error, Do you have MS/MS data for all your features? I'm currently working on a tutorial update...will come really soon. Best G.

Thanks for your reply! I only have MS1 for most features. Is MS/MS a requirement?

Yes, as stated in the main page of this github...this package handle acquisition in DDA or DIA mode. I advise you to use MZMine if you have MS1 only Best G.

I wasn't sure whether that held since it was reported as a known bug. Thanks for the advice!
