Does MS-CleanR only accept project directory that has both pos and neg mode data? #8

Hi @guikool .

I tried MS-CleanR with DM0019. MS-DIAL demo files in DROP Met data repository. And I got the following error:

DM0019. MS-DIAL demo files only have neg mode data. Do I need to look for other datasets that also have pos mode (to try MS-CleanR)?
